Cartini Glassware sells novelty products featuring a die-cast model car with a martini glass permanently mounted on top.

Product Materials:

  • Die-cast car
  • Glass martini glass

The glass is permanently affixed and cannot be removed.

4. Product Safety Disclaimer

Customers acknowledge and agree that:

  • The product contains glass and small parts and must be handled carefully.
  • The product may present a choking hazard and is not intended for children.
  • Products are intended for adult use only.
  • Cartini Glassware is not responsible for misuse of the product.

Products are not dishwasher safe and should be hand-cleaned with care.

5. Ordering & Payment

Orders placed through the website are processed through Shopify and associated third-party payment providers.

Cartini Glassware reserves the right to:

  • refuse or cancel any order
  • limit quantities
  • correct pricing errors

6. Shipping

Orders ship from both Rhode Island and New York using:

  • UPS
  • USPS

Shipping times may vary and are not guaranteed.

Cartini Glassware is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers.

7. Returns & Refunds

Returns accepted with 7 days of delivery.  Purchaser pays cost of return shipping.

Refunds will only be issued if:

  • the item arrives damaged, or
  • the item is defective.

Customers must contact support at cartiniglassware@gmail.com regarding defective products.

8. Order Cancellation

Orders cannot be canceled once placed.

9. Warranty Disclaimer

Products are sold as-is with no warranty, express or implied.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cartini Glassware's liability is limited to the original purchase price of the product.

Cartini Glassware is not responsible for:

  • damages beyond the purchase price
